Problem Note 47301: Creating a model package gives "ERROR: ARCHIVE transport engine encountered errors while publishing the package"

When you attempt to create a model package in SAS® Enterprise Miner™, you might encounter the following error, even though the flow runs successfully. The problem occurs if you are running on a Unicode server.
ERROR: ARCHIVE transport engine encountered errors while publishing the package.
WARNING: A character that could not be transcoded was encountered.
